Low Maple not so crunchy

The ice cream was very soft (almost like a soft cream) and seemed to have too much air in it. There was also very little maple flavor (it tasted more like vanilla ice cream than maple) and almost no crunch (there where 2 little sugar crunches in 5 scoops of ice cream).
Overall, we where disappointed in this ice cream.
We originally would have reviewed a different flavor, but after searching online on multiple stores to try to find one that carried the product, and going to 3 different stores that where supposed to carry them, we only managed to get this one amongst all the new flavors, therefore changing our review item.

Canadian maple crunch

This Chapman Canadian maple crunch ice cream was absolutely delicious and creamy and the little pieces added a nice crunch. I would definitely recommend. Try it out if you love maple flavoured things.

Maple goodness

I really enjoyed this icecream! I loved the look of it as well as the crunchy texture. The maple taste shined with the vanilla base. This is also a beautiful ice cream to look at

Very unique and nice maple taste

I got this for free from ChickAdvisor, and bought it at my local No Frills. I was quite impressed with the maple taste, it is quite different. Somewhat reminded me of maple walnut ice cream. The little maple pieces scattered in the ice cream were also delicious. I would likely buy this again.

Tasty must try ice cream

Tastes really good. Whole family including kids liked the taste. Kids became a fan of this ice cream. If you slice as a rectangle (it shows on the box) will display the Maple leaf in the centre. It will be a show piece for the guests. Prefer tub than the box. Thank you for the opportunity to try it free.

Lovely flavour!

I thought that there was nothing more Canadian that the delicious maple flavor ice cream, but… after eating a slice of this super creamy Maple Crunch ice cream, I’m pretty sure there is nothing like it. Because, this is not a regular dessert, it’s an entertainment since the beginning, so I recommend taking your time to serve it, even though you might feel a little intimidated by its look or hurried by your little ones who are eager to try it. This was my first ice cream in a box, and I loved it. I had to warm my knife a few times during the process; otherwise I would not have been able to enjoy the maple leaf in the center. Flavor wise… I enjoyed the vanilla and maple flavors, but honestly: I wish I could have had more of those tiny pieces of maple. So Yummy!!!!

Spectaculaire

Très bonne crème glacée au vrai goût d'érable du Canada. Elle est onctueuse, et j'aime la petite touche croquante. À première vu, c'est une crème glacée comme les autres, mais la magie vient quant on la coupe sur le côté et que la feuille d'érable apparait. Mon fils était bien impressionné! Sans contredit un must quand on reçoit à souper pour accompagner le dessert et pour épater la galerie. Je la recommande.

Delicious Maple Crunch Chapman's Ice Cream

Chapman's vanilla ice cream was always in my grandparents freezer growing up, but this delicious twist was just what we needed. Flavouful but not too sweet and still the same delicious light, fluffy ice cream we would expect. Perfect way to top off a beautiful summer day and family BBQ

The ultimate Canadian treat

The perfect balance of maple and vanilla in a sweet treat. I LOVED the little crunchy bits. I loved the design of the ice cream it was like a little ice cream cake.

Mixed Emotions

Of the four people who tried it only one of us found it to have any maple flavour. The vanilla ice cream was to be honest a little flat. There was not oomph to it. Very little maple flavour and no crunch. Kind of disappointing
