Large selection of books, mags, home decor, etc. Great atmosphere, clean bright & good customer service. Even online shopping at Chapters is a fantastic experience.

I really like going to Chapters. It feels like a calm, relaxing place to just browse. Sometimes prices can be very high, but they usually have a great sale/clearance section. They also have a great website!

All staff members are nice and helpful. Great selection on books, decorations, etc. And they have a rewards program.

Friendly and helpful staff. Can find almost everything you need for yourself, home, and gifts. Can spend a long time just wandering around looking at everything

I agree with the comment about happy place! this is definitely one of my happy places. I can never walk out of Chapters with only one book. I also love their plum rewards program and online shopping. Love love love everything about Chapters Indigo!

I enjoy shopping at Chapters Indigo. They always have a huge selection of books to choose from. I always find what I am looking for and occasionally just impulse buy. The store has a lot of other unique items as well. Candles and other décor items as well as games and clothing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is awesome. A great place to shop.

I feel like I pretty much live in their bargain section. I love that they have two different rewards cards: one that you can purchase, and one that's free. I hate when store only have ones to buy; give me free rewards, geesh! But I can always find great deals at Chapters, which is delightful. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff always are, plus the store is always clean and organized.
