This straightener is definitely the best straightener I have ever used! In the past I have tried various brands of straighteners and they always left my hair feeling dry, frizzy and dead! But with my chi I am always pleased with the silky smooth result. For even better results pair with the chi silk infusion serum.

I have this flat iron for 3 years and love it.It has digital temperature display and you can increase or decrease the temperature as you want.Amazingly works well on low temperature as well.Never had to reset it.

This flat iron is the best!! I have been using it for 2 years now and have been so happy. It comes in many different colors. It gets very hot very fast, and it doesn't take long to get straight hair.

I love this iron but i wish it can be a little more thiner for my little hair infront of my head so i can straight them up

I had never used a CHI before but after reading many positive reviews on them, decided to splurge. I cannot say enough good things about this flat iron! My hair is really frizzy, thick and long, and it only takes me about 15 minutes to perfectly straighten my hair! Now my hair is smooth, shiny, and healthy looking, and I get compliments all the time. Both my mom and sister ended up getting one because of all the great things I've said about mine, and they love theirs too! After purchasing, I found the flat iron at a different store for a bit cheaper, but it didn't have the temperature control which I love, so in the end I didn't mind paying a bit extra for it. So in other words I lalalalovee it !

I've had my chi flay iron for about 3 years now and it still works perfectly fine. It heats up really quickly and straightens my hair like a charm. I dont have to go over it again and again and the price is pretty decent. I got it on sale at an outlet which was a bonus.

I don't own one of these great flat irons but my next one I buy will be a Chi Ceramic. I had the opportunity to try one that a hairstylist friend of mine owns and one sweep down each piece of hair and it gave the best results of the many cheap drug store/department store flat irons. Well worth every penny they charge.

Love it....just wish mine had auto shut off always forget to turn off!

I used my chi flatiron every day when I first got it. In that case it was worth the price, but I still think they are a pretty huge investment. However, if you've got wavy hair like me, and you want to flatiron it frequently, this works extremely well. One major issue was that one day it just stopped working on me, without any warning and I had to get a new flatiron. So I would say it is worth it, but definitely make sure if they offer some sort of "protection plan" you get it, just in case you have the same problem I did.
