More smooth and radiant

@thisisbutterly sent me the 7day trial of the Clarins intensive anti-aging serum which is a two phase formula combining (20+1) potent plant extracts and suitable for sensitive skin.

I enjoyed the scent and texture of this product and how my face felt after use. I noticed my skin was more smooth and radiant after one week. I enjoyed the product but not sure whether I would purchase it again because of the price point.

Great Serum

I got selected to try Clarins Dounle Serum and was happy with how it worked on my skin. It feels oily but once applied to my skin it absorbed well and left my skin not feeling greasy! As far as serums go, Clarins Double Serum brings innovation to the table with its two-in-one formula, which you mix together in the sachet. The result is a mixture of a slightly oily emulsion that soothes the skin during application. Despite the serum’s consistency, the skin doesn’t feel greasy after treatment.

It absorbs fairly quickly into the skin, so you don’t have to wait long to apply moisturizer on top. There is a slight floral scent, so those with scent sensitivities may wish to take this into consideration. But it doesn't linger on the skin for long.

The addition of turmeric helps to brighten up a dull complexion, while plant extracts assist to create a softly radiant base. After seven days of usage, I observed how soft my skin felt and how uniform it appeared, helping to create a youthful exterior.

As far as anti-aging skin routines go, the Clarins Double Serum deserves a spot as a strong contender.

Smells amazing

Ok, I would keep using this just for the small alone. I love it. It makes my skin feel hydrated, even with the dry fall air. It goes on so smooth and absorbs quickly, and isn’t greasy at all. Also, it’s fun to feel like a scientist mixing my potions!

hydrating and moisturizing!

I was very excited to test and review Clarins Double Serum as I felt it is well made and would benefit my skin. As a 46 year old, my skin is starting to get fine lines and feels dry. This double serum was a fantastic addition to my skincare routine. My skin was moisturized and felt hydrated all day! The scent was nice and light, not overpowering which was pleasant. The trial packaging was a bit tricky at first to get all of the product out. I used it for the full 7 days and although I didn’t see a huge change with fine lines, the hydrating part makes me want to purchase again knowing it’s doing wonders for my skin

Nice anti-aging facial serum

This anti-aging facial serum makes with 21 plant extracts~ such as turmeric, beautyberry, goji berry, avocado oil and more. Also it uses in high concentrations of glycerin and the synthetic emollients in the formula to hydrate and smooth your skin.

The serum comes in a two-phase formula that is inspired by the dual water and oil nature of the skin. I got the advice that Clarins products are not made for rubbing. You have to mix gently both phases in the palm of your hands, warm it up and pat it on your face. About anti-aging I’m not sure how it works because it was for 7 days trial sachets. But so far, my skin has had positive result. I found the serum absorbs right away without leaving any greasy feeling on the skin. It also did not break out my dry skin. My skin looks clear and plump after use.

Skincare is very personal. The only downside of this serum is the smell too much for me. It contains high concentration of synthetic fragrance blend have the potential to cause skin irritation and sensitivity. I wish Clarins would come out with a dye free and fragrance free line.

Really enjoyed this serum!

Liked this serum even from the first try - it made my skin feel hydrated and smooth, and just overall had a nice luxurious texture. It is more like an oil to me, so I used this as the last step of my PM routine. After several days of use, I found slight improvements in firming and radiance. The sample was also very well made, kept the 2 formulas separate just like the full sized product. It was also designed in a way that was very mess free an easy to extract all product out!

Good addition to the nightly routine

It's infused with 21 plant extracts that claim to reduce the visible signs of aging. I've used it only for 2 days now, so would continue my 7-day trial to see the best results. Although, after the first use, my face seemed to be well nourished and hydrated. 

It has got a double texture formula, oily and gel kind. It was hard to squeeze it out of the sample sachet, but wouldn't be the case with the bottle. It gives a non-greasy formula after mixing and is absorbed nicely onto the skin. Also, it has got a pleasant floral scent and smells amazing. But, I think people who are scent-sensitive might not like it.

A New Favorite

I started using Clarins Double Serum for about 5 nights now, and I'm already noticing results! Although I find it hasn't really helped much with fine lines; it has made my skin feel soft, smooth, and hydrated without having to use moisturizer. This serum is very easy to use, and I love the unique concept. It absorbs fast, and evenly to the skin without feeling oily. I'm really enjoying the floral/fruity scent, and find it to be relaxing. It's suitable for all skin types; even sensitive! This serum is easily a new favorite, and I definitely recommend it!

Amazing formula

I really enjoy this unique bio-inspired, two-phase formula and how it combines 21 plant extracts. It instantly made my face feel hydrated and refreshed. I really enjoyed the floral like fragrance as well. Only issue is that it is part oil and I am not the biggest fan of serums that stay on your skin however it does make your face look smooth after 7 days and feels great instantly. It is also designed for all skin textures as well. It is very gentle on the skin.
