Good if on a budget!

Being somewhat of a skin care snob, I've always been a bit wary of using drugstore facial cleansers. However, due to the influx demand from consumers calling for "cleaner" products, several mass-produced formulas have really been stepping up their game. Clean and Clear is one of those brands. This product is a great example of a no-frills, simple ingredient deck that doesn't overwhelm me. I think it's silly when a cleanser has a bunch of unnecessary inactive ingredients for the sake of making bogus marketing claims. All those fancy ingredients are just going down the sink, this is a facial cleanser we're talking about! So I definitely appreciate that Clean and Clear focused more on what to avoid in a formula, as those attributes are what really make for a great face wash. This no-sulfate cleanser suds up nicely without stripping my skin, which is prone to dehydration. My face feels clean and soft, not tight, after using it. The only gripe I have with it would be the added fragrance!
