For me it’s a NO

I’ll start saying that no, I do not recommend this product. I have combination skin, dry and sensitive (prone to redness) cheeks and oily T-Zone, and this product was way to aggressive. At first, I liked it was making my skin feel so clean and fresh but after couple of weeks I have noticed it was removing also the “good” skin and I got a lot of blackheads and breakouts. As a consequence, I had to stop using it. In my opinion, not good for daily use (they even suggest to use it twice a day!). Don’t spend money on this!

Disappointed

I had high hopes but am disappointed to say this didn't work out for me. The cleanser cleaned my skin decently but the toner seemed to always break me out after I had used it. The lotion also hardly had a moisturizing effect. I wouldn't recommend this and don't find that it is worth the price tag.

Really irritated my skin

This product really irritated my skin, I don't believe it is intended for those who have incredibly sensitive skin. Thankfully I was gifted the set of three, so I did not feel the pinch of wasting the money. The toner really dried out my skin and made it very angry, and I find the face wash stripped my skin. I have continued to use the lotion...but on my hands because it isn't very greasy.

This was recommended by a friend so I tried it for a full month. I was disappointed as I saw no benefit in using for my skin. I personally found the Clinique system no different that the cheaper products you buy at the drug store/ department store. Over priced and under performed. I would not purchase again.

this product sucks, it is a pretty penny about 90$ cad for the whole 3 pieces even though you get 3 months worth of product it made me break out horribly & was making my face super oily. Ive heard good things about the 3 step so i decided to try it & it definitely sucked for me and made my skin worse, I DONT RECOMMEND FOR SENSITIVE SKIN !!!

I bought Clinque about 4 years ago when I needed a new hydrating skin care line. I was approached in The Bay too buy the 3-step skin care system. I figured since is was super expensive that it must be a great quality product. Well I was wrong. I put the used it faithfully for 2 weeks and I noticed every time I used it it would dry out my skin completly!! It did the opposite on what it said it would do and that was too "hydrate". Im not sure if the added alcohol in this formula was drying out my skin but there was not moisturizing too my skin. I also noticed that I would start too break out overtime I used it which was very unusual for me as I don't get much breakouts anymore. I do like that the packing is very nice and well thought out. I just wish they added more moisturizing agents in this and omit the alcohol.

This completely destroyed my skin. No one should use alcohol on their face, despite the fact that it is "cosmetic grade". It kills healthy skin cells. I've heard of this working for some people but not me. I would use the liquid cleanser again and possible the Dramatically Different Gel but will stay as far away as I can from the alcohol-based exfoliating lotion/toner.

I have combination skin and the lady at the Clinique told me it should work well in cleansing my acne-prone skin. The 2nd step dried out my skin and the lotion was just too moisturizing for me. Stopped using it after the first week.

I feel like everyone and their mom talks about this but I just didn't fancy it and it didn't do much for my skin.
