Got this sample for free and at first I would think it's just like other canned tuna. But I'm very surprised. We used it for tuna sandwich and it's the best I've ever had. Will switch to this forever!

This is the best afternoon snack for a kick of protein! Great onthe go and in recipes!! Love the flavors! This is a staple in my pantry! Everybody loves it :)

I'll start off saying i am NOT a fan of fish. I actually don't even remember the last time I ate fish (YEARS AGO!!!). I decided to try this because a co worker of mine was talking about how shiny and healthy her skin and hair has been since taking omega 3 supplements. I'm one of those wussy girls who can't swallow even the tiniest pill, and I'm not a fan of the fish burps so I decided to try this. it is freaking DELICIOUS!!! If you hate fish like I did, I swear you'll love this stuff! It's a great snack, a good way to get your omegas and It's not fattening, has olive oil in it which is great for your skin and hair! so good.
