I used This base along with a color and Top coat and it really stood the test of time. I think my nails stayed almost perfect for close to a week. it was early to apply and dried quick. almost no chipping. I would definitely recommend this product under your color

Love the base coat

It was nice and thick while applying to nail so it didn’t run all over the place. It has a nude tint to it. I found the color nail polish applied nicely on this base coat

Worth the effort!

CND CREATIVE PLAY BASE COAT is worth the effort because it helps smooth the nail surface and help the laquer or polish go on smoother and adhere longer. I actually liked the pale tint in the base coat and thought it was pretty enough to wear alone, especially on my fingernails for a professional look (colour is frowned upon where I work). I was very impressed with the durability of the CND Creative Play because I tried it on my toe nails, which are in shoes, boots - hiking, skiing and then hot tubbing - still looking great! I just had one minor touch up to do after 8 days, but that was from a boot rubbing on the small toenail. I received these products to test for free and I waited to review this one as long as possible so I could test the durability - which is stellar. I’ve finally come to the realization that it’s the base coat and top coat which ultimately determine how long your nail polish lasts — without chipping. That, plus these 2 tips will make your pedicure last longer.

I seriously love the look I get and how long my nail polish lasts after I’ve had a professional pedicure (or manicure).
It’s pretty unique in that it dries sticky – so polish literally adheres to it. This makes your polish stay on even better than with normal, non-sticky formulas

Base Coat

I used the base coat alone for a few day and liked how it wore on it own. It did not chip nor bubbles up. I am happy to say that I pleased with the way it wore and the length of time it wore for.

Loving the extra protection.

I usually do not use a base coat as i find it time consuming. However, i was pleasantly thrilled to be trying this base coat. It dried quickly and evenly. I loved that i would not be risking my nails staying blue for a few months without the base. Will surely use again.
