Colour me disappointed

I am a lover of all things colourpop, but this foundation just didn’t do it for me. It’s supposed to be a matte formula, but it comes out of the bottle as if it’s straight water. It takes several pumps to get any product, which is incredibly frustrating. Once applied, it requires far too much effort to blend and it is very streaky. Almost chalky. While it is cheap, there are drug store formulas that do the job well. Colourpop no filter foundation needs a filter this time around. Do not recommend.
