I received this product to try through the Product Review Club.

I have never whitened my teeth before and have some slight discoloration. The package comes with 4 treatments (a years' worth if you whiten every 3 months a suggested). My husband and I both tried them on the same night.

I will say that the box comes with almost no directions at all. There are two strips (upper and lower) in each pouch, but nowhere does it tell you which strip is which. I assumed the longer strip was for the top, so we went with that. It would be nice if both strips were longer so that they covered more of your teeth.

We ended up watching TV for 2 hours and having the strips on was very uncomfortable. They do stick to your teeth quite well, but there is some foaming action and I had my mouth open most of the time which felt weird.

I wasn't expecting Hollywood white or anything, but still I was disappointed that the results were barely noticeable. I did take before and after pictures so I could tell for sure - Crest should include a shade guide or something so that you can see how much whiter your teeth got.

After removing the strips I definitely had to brush my teeth as there was a lot of residue. Almost immediately after I finished the treatment my teeth started to ache. I normally do not have sensitive teeth (hot/cold), but they were painful, like after you have eaten something very acidic or have a toothache. My husband experienced pain as well and the next day it was uncomfortable to eat/drink. The sensitivity lasted about 18 hours for us.

I happened to have a dentist appointment this week and I mentioned the experience to my hygienist. She had never heard of a 2-hour at home kit and was skeptical of the results compared to office whitening. She also said that a lot of people have sensitivity after whitening.

Overall, I might try the rest of the strips in the box to see if I can get my teeth any whiter, but for the price and discomfort I experienced, I will not be going out of my way to purchase/use any more of these products.

I was so excited about the opportunity to be a part of this product review club! I've used Crest White Strips in the past, but never the 2 hour kit. I've been curious about it though after seeing the commercials on TV I wanted to know if they would really work as well as they suggested.

I tried the strips two days ago and I had mixed emotions.
1) I was really impressed with the adhesiveness of the strips. They are 5X better than the regular strips; I wasn't worried they were going to slide around... which is good since I had to keep them there for 2 hours. I also liked that none of the gel slid around or out from the creases of your teeth (this had also happened to be with the other strips)
2) I removed the strips and my teeth felt really smooth (always a good feeling) and they were definitely white and sparkly... though how much whiter is tough to tell. I'm really happy with the results though and I'm even more excited that the package comes with 4 sets of strips so I'll be able to maintain the results for a whole year!
3) When the package mentions some sensitivity ... expect it! I didn't really notice the sensitivity of my teeth the night I used the strips, however the next morning my teeth experienced a dull ache all through the day... it was very disheartening and I chose to wait to do my review and see if the discomfort would go away...
4) The sensitivity is only temporary! I was right, the achy teeth were all gone within a day and I don't notice any sensitivity anymore.

I'm really happy with the results and I'm excited to use them again (I'll probably give one of the sets to my fiancé and we'll use them right before the wedding in January (maybe 2 days before to get over the sensitivity). Perfect timing ChickAdvisor... I can use them again in just 3 months!

I'll be recommending these to my bridesmaids and really anyone else that asks me about my teeth or what they can use. Thanks Crest! and Thanks ChickAdvisor!

I was selected to try the crest whitestrips and tried them for the first time last night. I didn't have any difficulty putting them on however I felt that the bottom strip could have been longer to cover more teeth. During the 2 hours I did not eat or drink anything. My 2 year old son could see them on my teeth as well as the bubbles under the strips. I would not recommend wearing them if you have to go out. The bottom strip did not stick on as well as the top strip.

When I removed the strips they were pretty stuck to my teeth and had to brush to get off some of the residue. I did not personally notice any difference. My teeth had a dull aching pain which has continued to the day after. Its really quite annoying and bothers me. I asked my husband if he noticed if they are whiter, he said that the top teeth look noticably whiter than the bottom teeth - ugh! I hope its not really noticable as I do not want to use these strips again - the teeth pain is too awful for me.

The bottom line for me is that they work - not as well as I would have liked them too (I would have liked to have whiter teeth) and the pain is too much for me to want to do it again. I have had professional whitening at the dentist and that is what I will continue to do.

The white strips were very east to put on and they stayed in place througout the 2 hours. I was able to speak to patients while at work and they were very discrete. No one even noticed I had them on. The convience factor was great as they were able to put on and easy to take off. While I was wearing them I forgot that I had them on they were so comfortable.

Unfortunatly, after taking them off I found my teeth were sensitive, but I am hopeing it will subside with time. They are not painful but just more sensitive than normal.

Overall, they were very convient, and the results were good. I would def use them again but a little sensitivity is to be a downfall of them.

I was selected to review the Crest 3D White Whitestrips 2-hour Express as part of the product review club. I had just kicked my 15 year smoking habit, so I was looking forward to getting rid of the nicotine stains.

The strips were easy to apply and stayed in place for the 2 hours I had them on. I didn't have any pain while wearing them. I continued to drink water during the 2 hours and had no problems with them loosening or moving.

Removing the strips was easy. There was a little bit of residue left over, but it was easily removed by brushing. I noticed my teeth were now a few shades whiter, but not as white as I had expected.

I noticed some sensitivity in my teeth earlier in the evening, which quickly turned into throbbing pain. Pain relievers did not help. I had to take a sleeping pill to help me get to sleep.

It is now the next morning and the pain is still there, but it has lessened some.

In the end, I probably wouldn't recommend this product to others. It did whiten, but the results were not what I expected for a product that is used for 2 hours, every 3 months. The sensitivity and pain was not worth it.

This is the first time I have tried white strips. I do not smoke or drink coffee so I feel I have fairly white teeth, but not the dazzling white that I'm prone to seeing on the Crest white strips commercials.

So I got the package and read the instructions that came on the letter. I have fairly small gums and teeth so when I put them on,they were on the gums and all over my teeth and more and I regret having them on the lower gums (I'll explain after).

Now having something on your teeth for 2 hours is daunting; I exercised and watched TV and just killed time, doing all I could to avoid drinking or eating anything because I figured we weren't supposed to, even though the instructions don't address that issue.

So the reveal, when I took the strips off, I did not notice any significant changes. Perhaps these strips work better for those who drink coffee or smoke. But the strips did minimal whitening for me. And perhaps I'd notice a change when I repeated the steps in another month as the box says to do every month.

Also, back to the lower gums I mentioned above, I notice that my lower gums are hurting a bit, the upper gums are fine but the lower gums are a bit irritated.

I am grateful for the chance to try these out, because I've wanted to know if they work, but they are not for me.

I received the strips as part of the product review club. There's enough in that box to last supposedly a year. I didn't realize at first i had to wear them for 2 hours...I used the strips in the past and it was 30 minutes.So i don't really know why those are called "express"...I guess the result has to be express.

I didn't know if i was alowed to drink during the 2 hours as the instruction didn't mention anything...They are not uncomfortable to me. They were a little bit difficult to take off but i can see my teeth a whiter.


I think overall this product has great potential if you know that you don't have to go anywhere for 2 hours.

I received these strips as part of the product reviews club. I've used Crest Whitestrips in the past to whiten my teeth and have always been happy with the results. However, those strips were only meant to be left on my teeth for 30 mins, not 2 hours. The length of time you have to leave this strips in your mouth is a huge downside for me because I usually don't have 2 hours to spare. Yes, I know you can wear them while watching tv or doing homework, but the phone always rings or a last minute errand always pops up. And there is no way I'm leaving my house with these strips on my teeth! They also cause me to drool....not sure if anyone else experienced this, but its gross. Needless to say, I didn't last the whole 2 hours, maybe 1.5. However, in that short amount of time, I did notice a difference in the brightness of my teeth.
The pack comes with 4 strips that are meant to last for a full year, so I'll give this a go again in a few months and let you know if my opinion has changed.

I tried the whitestips last night, I must start off with saying that its the first time I have ever used whitening strips before. As a first timer I found it a bit awkward. They arent the most comfortable. The instructions were abit lacking, it didnt say anything about drinking while the strips were on, so I was afraid to drink incase it wrecked the effect. I also think that the product would be much better if there was some flavour to it, considering that it is a crest product, it may have been more comfortable if there was a mint flavour or something along those lines.
I found the product to be rather effective. My teeth are definetly whiter and I will continue to use the strips in the future!

There were some pros and cons for this product

Pros: - These do not hurt my teeth as much as the other crest white stripes while leaving them on.
- They are much better staying on my teeth compared to the normal crest white strips
- they are not as slimmy as the normal crest white strips
- the shape of the strips fit perfectly on my teeth

Cons: - 2 hours to leave it on is kind of long. After a while,my jaw started to ache.
- after taking them off, some parts of my teeth were a bit sensitive

Overall: Personally, I couldnt really see a big difference from before and after. I don't think I'll purchase these.
