I have used several Crest whitening products in the past, including the daily Crest Whitestrips, so I have to admit that I had pretty high expectations for Crest 3D White Whitestrips 2 prior to testing it out.

At first glance there was nothing different about these Whitestrips. The additional instructions included for the product review were helpful as the ones in the kit were rather limited. I found that the bottom strips were fairly easy to put on and attached well. I had more difficulty using the top strips as I felt they did not lay properly and didn't feel as secure as the bottom strips.

Once I had both strips on I set my alarm for 2 hours and went about my day. I noticed immediately that the bottom strip felt much better then the top. The bottom strip felt thicker and more secure while the top kept sliding off at the edges. I found it odd that the bottom strip seemed to be much better quality and felt more effective than the top strip as I would have thought they would be the same.

It took me a couple of tries to remove the strips after the 2 hours were up. I felt that the results weren't quite as dramatic as I would have liked. My teeth were whiter but I did not feel that the product was as effective as I would have like. I wonder if using this product would have been the same as keeping the daily white strips on for a longer period of time?

I would recommend this product for someone who doesn't whiten their teeth on a regular basis or who hasn't before as it is nice to be able to do it in just one go. I wouldn't recommend it for someone expecting a step up from their normal teeth whitening procedure.

I was really excited to receive this product through the Product Review Club.

I had tried Crest Whitestrips before but never the 2 hour one. I agree there were little to no instructions included in the product.

When I went to apply the first strip it got stuck to my lip and was uncomfortable to pull off. Very sticky indeed! Unlike the other 14 day ones, once they are on you cannot move the strip if you have placed it accidentally. I found the gel leaked out of them the same as the old ones, so I had to leave my mouth open to try to dry it out so I wouldn't keep swallowing it (one instruction they DID include). I didn't like how I couldn't drink water for 2 hours.

Pulling them off was a bit uncomfortable but left my teeth very smooth. How much whiter I can't tell, I definitely did not see as what I expected from past experiences. I did not experience any tooth sensitivity but did brush my teeth right after to get rid of excess gel.

If I had to choose I would do the 14 day pack over the 2 hour pack.

I was selected to try the crest whitestrips and tried them for the first time last night. I didn't have any difficulty putting them on however I felt that the bottom strip could have been longer to cover more teeth. During the 2 hours I did not eat or drink anything. My 2 year old son could see them on my teeth as well as the bubbles under the strips. I would not recommend wearing them if you have to go out. The bottom strip did not stick on as well as the top strip.

When I removed the strips they were pretty stuck to my teeth and had to brush to get off some of the residue. I did not personally notice any difference. My teeth had a dull aching pain which has continued to the day after. Its really quite annoying and bothers me. I asked my husband if he noticed if they are whiter, he said that the top teeth look noticably whiter than the bottom teeth - ugh! I hope its not really noticable as I do not want to use these strips again - the teeth pain is too awful for me.

The bottom line for me is that they work - not as well as I would have liked them too (I would have liked to have whiter teeth) and the pain is too much for me to want to do it again. I have had professional whitening at the dentist and that is what I will continue to do.

The white strips were very east to put on and they stayed in place througout the 2 hours. I was able to speak to patients while at work and they were very discrete. No one even noticed I had them on. The convience factor was great as they were able to put on and easy to take off. While I was wearing them I forgot that I had them on they were so comfortable.

Unfortunatly, after taking them off I found my teeth were sensitive, but I am hopeing it will subside with time. They are not painful but just more sensitive than normal.

Overall, they were very convient, and the results were good. I would def use them again but a little sensitivity is to be a downfall of them.

I was selected to review the Crest 3D White Whitestrips 2-hour Express as part of the product review club. I had just kicked my 15 year smoking habit, so I was looking forward to getting rid of the nicotine stains.

The strips were easy to apply and stayed in place for the 2 hours I had them on. I didn't have any pain while wearing them. I continued to drink water during the 2 hours and had no problems with them loosening or moving.

Removing the strips was easy. There was a little bit of residue left over, but it was easily removed by brushing. I noticed my teeth were now a few shades whiter, but not as white as I had expected.

I noticed some sensitivity in my teeth earlier in the evening, which quickly turned into throbbing pain. Pain relievers did not help. I had to take a sleeping pill to help me get to sleep.

It is now the next morning and the pain is still there, but it has lessened some.

In the end, I probably wouldn't recommend this product to others. It did whiten, but the results were not what I expected for a product that is used for 2 hours, every 3 months. The sensitivity and pain was not worth it.

This is the first time I have tried white strips. I do not smoke or drink coffee so I feel I have fairly white teeth, but not the dazzling white that I'm prone to seeing on the Crest white strips commercials.

So I got the package and read the instructions that came on the letter. I have fairly small gums and teeth so when I put them on,they were on the gums and all over my teeth and more and I regret having them on the lower gums (I'll explain after).

Now having something on your teeth for 2 hours is daunting; I exercised and watched TV and just killed time, doing all I could to avoid drinking or eating anything because I figured we weren't supposed to, even though the instructions don't address that issue.

So the reveal, when I took the strips off, I did not notice any significant changes. Perhaps these strips work better for those who drink coffee or smoke. But the strips did minimal whitening for me. And perhaps I'd notice a change when I repeated the steps in another month as the box says to do every month.

Also, back to the lower gums I mentioned above, I notice that my lower gums are hurting a bit, the upper gums are fine but the lower gums are a bit irritated.

I am grateful for the chance to try these out, because I've wanted to know if they work, but they are not for me.

There were some pros and cons for this product

Pros: - These do not hurt my teeth as much as the other crest white stripes while leaving them on.
- They are much better staying on my teeth compared to the normal crest white strips
- they are not as slimmy as the normal crest white strips
- the shape of the strips fit perfectly on my teeth

Cons: - 2 hours to leave it on is kind of long. After a while,my jaw started to ache.
- after taking them off, some parts of my teeth were a bit sensitive

Overall: Personally, I couldnt really see a big difference from before and after. I don't think I'll purchase these.

I really wasn’t sure how well the Crest 3D white 2-hour Express whitestrips were going to work for me because I have thinning enamel and I’m a smoker. But I’ve wanted to try any of the white strips for awhile now to see just how well they could, or couldn’t work for me. First I’d like to thank all of the ladies at ChickAdvisor for giving me the chance to try them. Thanks ladies you’re the best as always!
I usually have my teeth cleaned every three months, but because my Dentist office has been under construction since last Feb, I haven’t bin in since then. So this was prefect timing for me to try these new white strips because my teeth really could use some whitening. If you’ve never used any kind of white strip before, they can be a bit tricky to apply and it might take you a few tries to get all of your teeth covered correctly. If you don’t have perfectly straight teeth like mine, it can also be a bit tricky to have the strips cover the entire surface of your teeth. Also like I mentioned, if you’re a smoker like I am you are not suppose to smoke during the two hours that you have the strips on your teeth. This might be hard for some to do, but if you keep yourself busy you should be fine. I did some baking to help pass the time. If you really can’t do with out a smoke for the two hours, then perhaps a different type of white strip would be better suited for you. I found that after I had them on they felt a little odd and they seemed to make my mouth water a lot. It wasn’t enough to make me want to remove them before the time was up, but it was a bit irritating. I’m not sure if this was an effect from the whitening substance, or if it was just me. They also seemed like they bubbled up a lot around the outer surface of the strips after being on for about an hour, witch could be what was causing my mouth to water. This also caused the strips to lift away from the parts of my teeth that aren’t perfectly straight. When the time was up I had no trouble removing either strip from my teeth, but I did feel the need to brush them right away because they felt like there was something like a glue substance left in some places. After brushing my teeth I took a good look to see just how well the Crest 3D 2-Hour Express Whitestripes worked for me. Where the strips stayed on nice and tight I did see a big difference in how white my teeth were. This was mostly around the gum line. How ever where my enamel has thinned on the lower parts of my teeth they weren’t near as white, but there was still a noticeable difference in how white they were from before I started. I think it would be easier if someone else did the comparing instead of myself because they could be more objective, but over all the new Crest 3D 2-Hour Express Whitestrips did a pretty good job for me. As to whether I’d buy them, I think they’d have to be on sale at a really good price for me to spend that kind of money on something just for me. I don’t feel comfortable spending that much money on something the whole family can’t use and it’s just not something that is in my budget right now.

Just finished trying these strips out, sadly I wasn't terribly impressed. I've only used the original crest whitestrips which, after trying this, I prefer the original.

These stick to your teeth really well which is a bonus compared to the originals which tended to slide around a bit. The gel still oozed out the sides of the plastic so it was pretty annoying and gross. I did nap with these on (not sure if that's safe..) which made the 2 hours way more bearable. I napped for about an hour and I have to say waiting the rest of the hour was agony, just the gooeyness and weird taste. 2 hours is a really long time to have these in, I much prefer doing strips daily as opposed to this 2 hour method.

My teeth really weren't that stained to begin with, I do use a "whitening" toothpaste but I haven't noticed a change in the color of my teeth and I'm on my 3rd tube. I don't smoke but I do drink a iced coffee in the morning but I do brush after to prevent staining. After using the strips my teeth were a little whiter but nothing major, I got better results after 2 weeks of original crest whitestrips

Overall, I wasn't impressed with the results, if my boyfriend notices my teeth a different then I will do an update but honestly if I'm not scrutinizing my teeth they look more or less the same as before. I would suggest trying the originals.
