Not worthy the money. Does not whiten your teeth. Took a picture two months before and two months after. No change at all. I brush my teeth after every meal, twice a meal per day. Six minutes with timed electric massage toothbrush and I do not rinse after brushing. I also floss before brushing. The flavour usually I don't care I focus on the toothpaste being able to clean my teeth, but just for information, it is on the more extreme mint side.
