I didn't like this yogurt at all. It was runny and high in sugar. It's a great portion but I didn't find any health benefits from eating it.

I've come to love Activia. Oddly my favorite flavor is plain old vanilla. The taste is superb and creamy. I buy this regularly and will not substitute other brands - not worth the chance of not liking them.
