I enjoy eating yogurt everyday as part of my diet . I suffer from IBS and find this type to really help settle my digestive track and bowel issues. The variety of flavors makes it an easy choice to buy and the price you pay is so worth the value you get.

Always in my fridge

Activia yogurt from Danone has been a daily morning staple in my breakfast routine. I am prone to constipation and after eating the multi fibre it has made me regular every morning. I have tried other brands but Activia is the only one that helped me.

This Yogurt is very tasty I'm not sure if it helped my digestive system at all but I definitely give it an a for taste most things that are healthy or good for your digestive system don't taste that good but this does

Best Yogurt I have ever tasted!

I Love this Yogurt. I like the strawberry flavour the best. I like how it tastes not too bitter or sweet and very creamy. It also makes a great snack! I like buying the little individual containers because they are the right portion size for me.

This is a staple in our house

My husband and I both love Activia yogurt - the pots are the perfect portion size, and the flavours are great.
My husband consistently chooses the "red fruits" 12-pack, and I typically choose the "dark fruits" 12 pack (blackcurrant for the win!).
We even bought it for hotel breakfasts when we visited England! I think as long as they keep making it, Activia will be our choice. Other yogurts just aren't as nice.

My ultimate bedtime snack

I have a container of this yoguart every evening before bedtime. I love the rich smooth taste and the different flavours are wonderful. I started eating this because of my acid reflex problem and since making it a part of my daily routing I've found that I not longer suffer from acid reflex regularly. I totally recomment this problem especially for those suffering from tummy problems.

The Best Yogurt ever

Not too rich, creamy and just the right texture. Everyone in the house loves the fruit pieces in the strawberry ones. Perfect portion size, and goes on sale quite often.

I don't know anyone who loves Yogurt as much as I do.I actually sometimes crave for it and that is when I have to go to the Market.There are so many different flavours to choose from and so many types.To name a few there's,Lactose Free,Fiber,and also many,many different Flavours like Vanilla,Strawberry,Blueberry and the list goes on.You eat them right out of the little server containers they come in.Great for a Dessert or ,just a light snack.When I'm having a Danone Activia Yogurt ,I love it with Graham Waffer Crumbs sprinkled on top,what a great taste!!!.I definitely do recommend this product.

My favourite yogurt

I love the texure and the flavour. It is my favourite yogurt by far! There are coupons available so it is affortable. I like the fact that there is lactose-free as well for my child who is lactose-intolerant.
