When I was shopping for a new tea to try out & this rock sugar caught my eye ...
I’m glad I tried it out ...
This is perfect for sweetening your tea
Without that annoying stevia taste lol
I hate the taste of stevia,
So this is my alternative...

I bought this after taste tasting some tea that was sweetened with this rock sugar while browsing in the David's Tea store. You can't taste the difference, you would think that I put a half teaspoon of sugar in my tea. It does not taste like sweetener, and it does not have that yucky after taste. I find the larger pieces of the rock sugar are really sweet, so I crush mine up and only use about a half of a piece of the rock.

This was a perfect find, I had never heard of these rock sugars before and I try to watch my calorie intake and try to use sweetener as a sugar alternative. I also assumed these were from the sugar cane family, nope, they are made from beet sugar. Below is the product description from DT website:
