This is a high end foundation. If you are not willing to spend $60 on foundation, don't consider buying this! If you are, I would definitely recommend this product over some other high end foundations. Here is why:
I have tried foundations from $3 E.L.F. to $60 Chanel, and have favourites from each end of the spectrum. This specific product is good for those who wear makeup very rarely, since it will not go bad (ever? there is no expiration date!). This is due to the fact that it is in an aerosol can and does not come into contact with air/skin until you apply it. I have shade 200 and 301, both being quite dark. There is one shade lighter, 100, which could work for very pale girls... although I don't think it is much different from my 200 which is nearly an NW25/30 in MAC colours. Aside from the lack of shades, this product should not be sprayed directly onto the face, ever. I use a small stippling brush to apply the product, SHAKING FIRST, then spraying onto the tip of the brush and applying to my skin. It is quite buildable and can give you a very full coverage and matte (but not flat! there is a slight sheen) finish. The aspect that I like the most is the products longevity. The colour does not change throughout the day and wears very well. Hope this was helpful!

This product does WONDERS in making your skin look absolutely flawless!!!! While the application of the product can take a little bit of getting used to in the beginning, once you do, it's a breeze. A simple spray over your face or just over your problem areas, and your complexion instantly gets evenined out. The beauty of this product is that it is lightweight, and does not give you a caked-on look, while still giving you sufficient coverage. The foundation stays put from morning to night and even stays put through sweaty activities! I would highly recommend this product - once you try it, you'll be hooked! I know I am!

THE REAL SCOOP

I have never been a fan of foundation (in fact, I usually use a tinted moisturizer if I need to look pulled together or nothing at all) but this one was an instant winner for me! The spray foundation is lightweight on and the effect is most impressive: it is essentially a smooth translucent layer that evens skin tone and gives me a glowing flawless look. The coverage is buildable and it doesn't feel like you're wearing anything. Even in the heat of the summer and in a hot dance club, the foundation stayed in place for me.

The coverage being a "veil" as opposee to mask-like means thatyour skin gets to shine, and the texture of the foundation makes your skin very soft. I don't need to use primer with this foundation and it stays in place all day/night.

In terms of application, although you can spray it from the aerosol can (70 ml. / 2.3 fl. oz) directly on your face in a "Z" pattern (being sure to hold it about 8" away from the face), the makeup artists at Dior all use it on a kabuki brush to apply it. The result is an incredible airbrushed effect... I imagine it would be pretty strange aiming the spray at your face and messy trying to keep your clothes/hair clean, so I use the brush method for best results. I've tried both kabuki and MAC 187 stippling brush with much success.

Overall, this product is a win for me. The price point is a bit steep ($60 CAD) but for a high quality "going out" product, this is worth it.

This is an expensive foundation but it can't be beat for the flawless coverage. I find it a challenge to apply, spraying it directly on the face seems to result in uneven coverage. When I spray it on a makeup sponge (I use the triangle type sponges) I find I get great results. This product feels very light and has a beautiful luminous finish.

This foundation is great for everyday coverage that is intense enough to hide the flaws of your skin but at the same time light enough so that you don't feel caked/layered with product on your face. I tend to apply this product by using a foundation brush so that I don't waste the product and I definitely recommend this application method for this foundation.

The pros:
Light coverage for a flawless everyday complexion
Stays on very well

The downside:
The bottle is an aerosol can so sometimes no product will spray out
The price is quite steep for the foundation and it doesn't last as long as other foundation

Overall, I'd still recommend this product to those who want light coverage for a flawless, everyday-wear look.
