Well... I adore this eye shadow. It is smooth, creamy and perfect. You can apply it with your finger tips or the applicator it comes with. Add water for a bolder look. You can also get this in the eye shadow primer which is a perfect base for all eye looks. This product can be purchased at Sephora and is slightly costlier than others but well worth the $$$ spent.
