I truly love this shampoo. Dove hair products are great. My skin and scalp are sensitive to products and this shampoo is gentle, smells great and gets my hair clean and soft.

I received a small sample of this so I haven't used it very often (just twice). It worked as I expected it to - it cleaned my hair - but I didn't like it enough to look for it at the store. There's nothing I didn't like about it, I just didn't find anything special about it to set it apart. The smell is nice, but again, there are a lot of nice smelling shampoos out there. Perhaps it was just not what I needed for my hair type.

Love Dove products, however this one left me feeling eh. It has a great scent and it was very creamy but when I would air dry my hair, it looked blah. When I would blowdry my hair, I would have to add a whole bunch of products to manage a decent hairstyle but would have to was my hair more often.

This product left my hair feeling too clean, if that makes sense. My hair was drier than normal and felt very rough - it did not shine and so it looked very lifeless and dull.
I used this shampoo a few times and I ended up just chucking it under my sink as a "just in case I run out of other shampoo, I'll use this for an emergency" type thing but I would never use it again.
The scent is amazing though and I wish that I had a better experience.

I liked how this smelled and how it made my hair feel really soft. It seemed like I had to wash my hair more often though so I didn't end up buying it again

I normally buy better hair products but I got this as a part of a pack with other brands. It's just ok, I do have difficult hair and for the price is just fine but it's not an amazing product. My hair didn't feel especially shiny or more easy to brush.

It's a nice shampoo. The scent is wonderful and fresh. It did make my hair soft, but it didn't help with my oily hair though :(
