Let me tell you, I am absolutely in love with hair oils. I have dry damaged hair from chemical processing, bleaching, and colouring. My ends, specially, are dry and crunchy. My hair just drinks up Dove's Pure Care Dry Oil. The texture is light and it spreads easily. Most of the time, I use it on damp, towel dried hair but occasionally I apply "booster treatments" in between showers when my hair feels like it needs a pick-me-up. I concentrate on my ends and apply sparingly to mid lengths. I avoid my roots, as I wash my hair about once a week and don't want it getting too greasy. There's lot's of natural oil there anyhow.

The Pure Care Dry Oil absorbs readily, and I noticed that my dry damaged ends look and feel hydrated and nourished after use. The scent might be a bit strong when first pumped out of the bottle, but it does fade nicely, leaving a nutty hint of macadamia on tresses. I did love the packaging, it looked fancy with it's box. The glass bottle looked and felt luxurious, while the pump worked well and dispensed the proper amount each time. I just felt that maybe a cap for the pump would make it a bit more travel friendly, and keep dust and particles off the pump.

I loved Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourising Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil. I believe this product made the most difference in improving the condition of my dry hair. I used the oil as directed and had fantastic results. The oil also smells amazing, literally you can skip perfume if you have this oil on your hair.

This wasn’t the first time I tried this product as I had gotten a small sample tube a few months before. I loved the sample so much and of course used it all up and was definitely on my way to purchase it when I got notice that this was arriving in the mail (Thank you!!!).

I think it works amazingly well, a small bit goes a long way for shine, taming frizz and providing nourishment. Normally I apply a small amount after washing my hair and then just let it air dry or I will tie my hair into 2 braids with this product in + while still damp and the next day you get beautiful tamed waves.

It smells nice and can also be used as a deep conditioner—you can heat up a larger amount in your hands and massage it in for a few hours before you shampoo=). Definitely recommend this product. P.S love the glass bottle design!

I got to try this product free from the product review club. I was a bit worried about using a oil in my hair i thought it would leave it greasy feeling/looking But it did not I applied it to my damp hair then blow dried and my hair felt so amazingly soft I also love the scent of it. I was so impressed with this that I gave some to my friend to try out. This dry oil is definately worth the price as you only need a couple pumps so the bottle will last months.

Whenever I hear 'oil' and 'hair' together I get a bit worried. I have baby fine straight hair and it gets greasy enough with out adding any extra oil. Surprisingly, I like the dry oil from Dove! I made sure to just put it at my ends (because those are what fry when I use my straightener) and it didn't wear my hair down and left a pleasant scent Mmm macadamia!

Of all the products this oil is definately my favourite. I use it after washing my hair et also sometimes in the morning I put it on my dry hair and it makes my hair healthier. I use it for wet and dry hair. Just love it

I received this product free from Chick Advisor for review. I've been using his oil daily, both after a shower on wet hair and on dry hair (my ends) when I'm looking for a bit of extra care or shine. It works perfectly as a treatment before my regular hair care routine and I would definitely recommend it to friends. I love the scent and can't wait to repurchase, although only about 8 pumps were needed for my long and dry hair.

The Dove Dry Oil really did a great job at nourishing my hair. The ends are dry and the dry oil added moisture without making my hair oily. I have fine hair and I can't use many oils for that reason. I enjoy the smell but I found it a little strong at first, it fades though.

LOVE LOVE LOVED this! I had just run out of my previous hair oil when this one arrived in the mail. I really loved the way it left my hair feeling. The trick is to warm it up in your hands prior to applying and focus on the ends of your hair.

Love the product. Smells so addictive and good. Its like a liquid gold. You will need very little of product per use to make it work, dont over do it. I use just couple pumps on damp hair after wash, applying it more on ends, leaving roots untouched, you dont wanna take a chance of greasy hair :)
Hair will not only smell fantastic but will have a healthy shine and look.
