Cake in 5 minutes. What more can I say! Great idea, quick individual serving. Wonderful for children just beginning to cook in the kitchen. They come in a variety of flavours, no artificial flavours or colours.

I tried both the chocolate flavour and caramel flavour and hated both. The taste was awful, very artificial tasting and chalky. The texture was just plain weird. It was very hard to clean the mug out even though it was greased. Great idea, but the execution...not so much.

I recently had this in French Vanilla & Chocolate Bits flavour. It was quick, easy, tasty, and a good price. Nice little afternoon snack.

The chocolate Dr. Oetker mug cake was heavenly and the best mug cake I have ever tasted.

Love this product especially the vanilla cake with chocolate chips.

Used my free coupon ..one night my husband and I wanted some chocolate treat and tried it and we have purchased it many times since. We like pudding cakes and this is a quick treat.

Inconsistent - tried this 3 times and the first time it was great, nice cake with saucy stuff but the next 2 times there wasn't much cake just a lot of goo.

Use your oven, not your microwave.... it's way better. I poured mine into a greased and lined mini springform pan and baked it in my convection oven at 350 for 15-18 minutes. It was moist, springy, and had a great taste! Of course you could use your regular oven as well!

I received a FPC from Dr.Oetker to try their Mug Cake. I put it all together and to be truthful, I didn't have much faith in a cake cooked in the microwave. The end result was more like a pudding cake than an actual cooked cake. That's great for those of you that like pudding cake, but I am not one of them. I want my cake moist but not gooey. I will not purchase this product in the future, and I am glad this product was free. Not a fan of Dr. Oetker Mug Cake, but Dr. Oetker you do have many other great products.
