Such good cheese!

We love a hard cheese in this house and this stuff is delicious. American cheese is so bland in comparison to the "real" cheeses of the UK and Europe. They are made form actual grassfed cows, with not much factory farming. This cheese is sharp and so flavourful, we love it.

A hard white cheese with a bit of grit? or crunch? to it. Not sure what it is other than amazing. Goes well with red wine.
