    .

For a 3 dollar lipstick I liked it. I have the color ravishing rose and I feel the color payoff is great. Its moisurizing and lasts a decent amount of time!

I thought I would give ELF moisturizing lipsticks a try and bought the color Pink Minx #82633.
When I brought it home I was having second thoughts about my color choice as it is really bright, I thought it might die down a bit after applied but I was wrong, which is a good thing, just not in my case. The lipstick is actually moisturizing, it does not dry out my lips and I don't need to wear a gloss or balm over top, however I do only because I darken it up a bit.
The only downfall is that it needs to be reapplied after a couple of hours, or sooner if you are drinking or eating so I would recommend wearing a sealant over top. I use 'my lips are sealed' and it prolongs the color for a few hours. You can't beat spending $4-, for this price I am going to buy a few more!

Tip: did you know that there is a lip-gloss built into the tip of each ELF lipstick tube, I just discovered this a couple of days ago after reading an article on FB!!!

This lipstick is $3 USD on the elf website. It is a moisturizing lipstick that smells of shea and fake sweetener. This lipstick is by no means opaque, and requires a couple layers to be opaque on the lips. The opacity is somewhere in between a tinted lip balm and a regular lipstick. As this lipstick is moisturizing, I do not find that it lasts, and it also transfers. The only benefit of this lipstick is that it comes in many colors, so you can try out different shades.

These lipsticks are the best! They're very affordable ($3), the pigment is fantastic, and you only need to apply one coat to have it look great! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a budget friendly lipstick.

I thought I would try this product for various reasons - the price was great, the colour looked pretty and I liked that this was supposed to be a moisturizing product.

In reality, only the price was right. The colour turned out to be sheer and I wasn't expecting that (shade was Red Carpet), so that was disappointing. Also, I have found that this product actually dries my lips our rather than moisturizing as the name claims.

Even though this product was only a few dollars (really, it was like $3) I wouldn't buy again because I find i have to put on so much lip balm after I use it to fix my newly dry lips.
