Worth Checking Out!

I received the Erborian Centella Cleansing Oil complimentary for education and testing purposes. As someone with dry skin, I’m a big fan of oil based cleansers and double cleansing. This newly released Centella cleansing oil did not disappoint! The packaging is simple... yet thoughtful. The pump dispenser makes it easy, convenient, and hygienic to use. The cleansing oil gently melts away all of my makeup, (including my stubborn waterproof eye makeup), without excessive rubbing or tugging at the skin. After I use it, my skin feels clean... but not stripped. With many cleansers, my skin can feel tight and uncomfortable after rinsing, but that’s not the case here. My skin feels soft, comfortable, and balanced....exactly what I want from the first step of a double cleanse. I appreciate that the Centella Cleansing Oil is reasonably priced, and I also save money because I don't need to purchase a separate eye makeup remover. If you have dry skin or love double cleansing, this is absolutely worth checking out!

Has Fragrance

Product gifted by Erborian. The Centella Cleansing Oil easily helps me to take off the makeup residue after a very long day. Love how it’s even tough enough to break down the waterproof mascara and eyeliner like it’s nothing at all. The only downside that really bothers me, it has fragrance in the formula which makes it not safe nor suitable for those with sensitive skin. Might cause redness, stinging, flare-ups or peeling. Hope to see a non-fragrant version soon in the future.

Just don’t use on eyes

sensitive skin girls can rejoice when they see Centella! An ingredient that is widely known for its calming properties, perfect for sensitive skin girlies. I don’t think this cleansing oil misses, or disappoints in this area. My skin was not left irritated, stripped, or with a film of any kind. As with any cleansing oil, you apply it to your dry skin, and then add some warm water to emulsify. This helps the oil grab the gunk in your pores & your makeup, so when you rinse it can remove!

⚠️ my only warning - it did make my eyes feel a bit filmy. I would not use this to remove eye makeup in the future, so if you have sensitive eyes like me just keep that in mind! But I WILL use it everywhere else!
