Picked this up for about $3 as an add on for my home pedicures. it's a two ended tool with a round end, different details on each end. The idea is that you can great designs on your mani/pedicures with the tools. I think it takes a steadier hand than I have, but I did manage to make a little flower on my first try. The suggestion that you can do lines etc will take some more practice.
