To me it's like old faithful, i like to use for my hands during the day when i don't really want to be slippery afterwards. Or when i happen to notice an area on my arm or leg seems a bit dry for no reason. Mild enough but also keeps the moisture in. Great basic to have.

During winter time, my skin is more itchier and drier due to the cooler air. To reduce the dryness and itchiness, I've decided to try Eucerin as it was more expensive than the usual brand I use. I figured the quality should be better. After using it for a week or so, I did not notice much difference. I still itched and my skin still dry. It's too pricey for a body lotion that contains similar quality and effect as other cheaper brands. Their hand creams work better than the lotion. I'd skip it and use other brands.

This is a good simple lotion, no scent. Not as greasy as their other "heavier" products, so it absorbs quickly. I do find it a bit pricey for just a basic lotion, you can find these at Shoppers in many other brands, such as St. Ives or Nivea.

Overall, I might buy this if it on sale, but because of the cheaper alternatives, I wouldn't go out of my way.

As a child I had patches of red, dry, itchy, cracked, and inflamed skin on my legs. My Mom used Eucerin original Lotion both for a cure and prevention and it worked beautifully, without prescription and no tears! After trying several different moisturizers, I still prefer this lotion.

As a lotion this works fine, but I don't really see a big difference verses a Vaseline or St. Ives lotion which are offered at a much lower price. I do itch through the winter so tried this when it was one offer at a lower price, but didn't notice a huge difference in performance. I still have to use the Eucerin treatment for my eczema patches.

I have struggled with extremely dry skin for as long as I can remember. Many of the lotions I have tried have been good, but I had to reapply them a few times a day. Who has time for that? I bought Eucerin Original Lotion on the recommendation of a friend. The price was a little off-putting but my skin was so dry it was beginning to get itchy. I was desperate. This stuff WORKS! My legs look and feel so much smoother and the itch is completely gone. I will watch for sales and stock up for sure.
