Bought this at a drug store. I like the product but am really ticked off that you can't buy refill blades. So expensive to just throw away. Definitely won't buy another one.

Just Okay

I got this product from my cousin to try. Overall it did the trick for me, I do not have a lot of hair so that worked in my favour. I would say this Finishing Touch product is just okay, I have bought other dermaplaning tools from other store that worked better then this, and are less expensive. The light was a nice touch.

Great for Exfoliating!

I got this free from Chick Advisor to try and review.
First- it couldn’t have been easier to use! The directions are simple and clear and the lights helps you to see all the peach fuzz you’ll want to target.
As far as hair removal goes I wasn’t overly impressed- it really didn’t remove my peach fuzz at all! It was fairly effective as an exfoliator, however, as far as that goes I highly recommend!

Good Product but not my fave

I like the fact that this has light to help with the exfoliation and hair removal. It works like razor but slightly more blunt. I wasnt too comfortable using on my face to reove peach fuzz as I was scared my hair will grow out straighter. I liked the idea but may not use it for the face.

No more fuzz

I received this product for free.

This product is easy to use and comes with replacement blades. I didn't really care for the light, but the blades are very similar to other face shavers and you can see the little hairs and skin cells that come off with it. Wish it came with a pouch for storage though!

It was ok

I got the Finishing Touch Flawless Dermaplane Glo to try for free through ChickAdvisor.

The packaging and everything was great but as someone who has done derma-planing before I didn’t find the razors to be that sharp. It definitely adds a level of exfoliation but nothing major. Good for beginners and learning how to use these kinds of tools.

The light was nice but not necessary to use properly. I liked that the kit came with multiple razors though.

Expected more

So I have used the wand twice as you are to wait a week or two between uses. I expected it to do more. It says not to push, but even with a little pressure I didn’t find that it did much more than take off the peach fuzz and a little dry skin. Perhaps that’s all it meant to do.

Simple Tool

I like how sleek and chic this dermaplane tool looks, and the built-in light is very helpful to see everything. It originally took me a little while to get the hang (and right angles) to dermaplane on myself, but after reviewing the instructions again (as one should!), I found that it worked quite well. I am however a little surprised there's no vibration.

It's not quite the same dermaplaning experience that you'd get a spa or with a professional, however for light exfoliation and light hair removal, I'm quite impressed! This tool will be great to add to my at home beauty routine, every couple weeks. Simple yet effective.

Not what I was looking for..it's okay

I received this product as part of Chic Advisor in exchange for a fair, honest review. I frequently get my face threaded and shave for laser purposes. I did not really find this product to be that useful in helping remove excessive hair. The light was useful but I found the product to be a little bit irritating to my skin. The razor felt a bit dull and did not work as expected. Packaging was attractive and all but I expected more from the product.

Just an ok product

First of all, the design is lovely and it’s lightweight. It comes with extra heads so that’s a plus. The tool itself doesn’t seem to do an amazing job removing hair or dead skin. I can see a bit of a difference but not what I was expecting. My skin does seem a tiny bit clearer but not a huge difference. Overall, it is an ok product and I will continue to use it but I don’t think I will be repurchasing anymore heads for it.
