it's OK

I've purchased this spring mix a few times and I haven't been blown away by the selection of greens in the mix. I am a huge fan of salads and spring mixes, but there's something missing from this mix that has me craving more. I may buy it if it's on sale and if the intention is to make a huge salad with other lettuce in it.

When I want a healthy mix of greens for a special recipe I like to purchase a bag of prewashed Spring Mix. It contains a blend of spinach, green and red romaine, green and red oak, Lollo rossa, mizuna, green and red leaf, Arugula, Frisee lettuce, radicchio, tatsoi. Just prepare a delicious dressing, toss in some chicken or turkey and you have a filling meal. I like being able to offer a variety of healthy vegetable options for my family. Let's the kids try new things. This is a winner with my family.
