These used to be so much better!

Every year around Christmas, I've looked forward to these fudge covered and white chocolate covered Oreos! Over the years, the quality of the fudge/white chocolate coating has gone done unfortunately, and now it just tastes so manufactured. I've given up on these, but I've created my own! Try this at home and you'll experience heaven: Melt down some high quality chocolate bark/wafers such as Callebaut, dip your original size Oreos, and even the minis, and let them cool on a rack until hardened. You can even garnish with candycanes for the holiday season, with dried fruits, flowers, sprinkles, etc! Give it a try!
