These fruit jellies are made with natural fruit flavours, colours and real fruit purees. They are sugar coated and come in 6 flavours: lemon, orange, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and peach. They are 100% fat-free, gluten-free, and cholesterol-free. I bought a tin of them on Boxing Day which was a bonus. They are soft and chewy. I can't eat too many which is good. This is a good gift to share with others.
