i absolutely love this product it keeps my colored hair stay a little longer and my hair feel so soft
Left my hair feeling light and clean, and helped protect my colour from fading. I Ccloured 9 weeks ago at a salon and it still looks pretty good. Does leave my hair a bit of frizzy if I just wash and go but ratings for clean hair with locking in colour, it's very good!
I must say i was a little sceptical about the color shield factor...I have very red hair ( red) and it always go with the shampoo...But not this one ! And Garnier products always let my hair clean, light and really smooth
i tried that and stopped using it. i'm not a fan of it. it smells great, but it weighed my fine hair down.the conditioner also didn't work very well for my hair, i hardly could comb through after.
Its a good product and my favourite Shampoo brand but when I used it on dark brown colour, it ripped off some of the color of my hair on every wash. The price is very competitive and these products are on sale most of the time and hence affordable. I would still go for the normal Garnier Frucits Shampoo as per your hair type as that always works for me better than these color shield shampoos
i absolutely loved this because it mousterized my dry curls and keeps my color in pretty well
Bought the Colour Shield conditioner on the weekend because It was on sale and my hair is in pretty brutal shape from stripping black off and depositing a nice red. Although I prefer my conditioners to have nutrient oils or keratin protein that repair your hair. This one isn't too bad for a typical conditioner found in stores. It felt very moisture rich and has left my fried ends feeling very silky, smooth. It's a nice light conditioner that doesn't leave my very fine hair full of build up or weighted down, like i find with most common conditioners in drug stores. So if you're on a budget this month and colour your hair, I definitely recommend it.
the garnier fructis colour shield shampoo and conditioner smell great and make a nice hair care team. i'm not convinced they do a better job of cleaning or conditioning than other products i've used but so far they seem to be preserving my colour, which is very important to me. i wish the conditioner was a bit thicker and richer since i have naturally curly hair that tends to be a bit dry; it doesn't feel like i get substantial conditioning with this product but it will suffice (i guess the deep conditioner that comes with the hair colour takes care of that!). overall though, a good pair of products.
