Very unsatisfied with this product

Very unsatisfied with this product. I usually use a highlighting cap and bleach highlights into my hair then dye my entire head, so that the parts I bleached look like salon highlights. This color turned out more black than anything and this color is so hard to get out of my hair! I honestly hate this color. I've tried color oops and even tried another hairdye that's made to color even black hair....unfortunately I can not get this color out and I can't even get it to lighten up! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Worst experience ever!

My first time trying this product. The procedure went very well. I let the color stay on my hair for the recommended time. I then washed my hair out and dried it. A few days later i experienced a very itchy scalf. I looked through my hair and found big chunks of dry skin that was the same color as the dye. I picked them out and underneath the skin was raw patches. This product burnt my scalp and messed my hair up. I will never use it again or recommend it

Save your money!

This product does not work for me at all, I used three whole boxes to try and cover my original color. My hair was a lighter brown and I wanted dark brown, my hair came out the same color. I wasted my money on buying the three boxes and came out with damaged hair. I don't recommend this sadly, but that is from my own personal experience.

I was so disappointed with this product. I tried it and it barely covered my original hair colour, and what did cover, washed out within a couple of weeks.
