If your looking for effective and cheap this is the shake for you

Its one of my favorite product for summers.It keeps you well hydrated and energized especially in summers.I dilute it little bit and give it to my kids,cause we all know when they are playing they don't drink or eat.I personally drink it cause I need energy all day long with my very active kids.Like the orange flavor.Dring it before going to gym and my husband drink it before going to his game.

It truly does work and helps you relieve these annoying headaches without the unpleasant feeling of taking a pill and waiting for it to work. Also great for hang overs after a crazy night, after a long workout, and simply what it does best hydrate you. Wonderful idea for the summer is making them into popsicle sticks so the kids can each have one to enjoy and keep themselves cool while hydrating themselves or simply give them a cold bottle lol. Its a Great remedy for your children when they have a headache. Love love love my gatorade always have them on standby.
