Delivery doesn’t show up

ood food - the food is actually great! We,be been doing boxes for almost 2 years. Unfortunately something must have changed recently, as we haven’t received 4/5 boxes in the last 5 weeks!!! And when I complain I get pictures of my box at CLEARLY not my house (address number in the pictures that are not my address). I hoped it was just a few mix ups but when it’s happening week after week?! Even when I did get my one box an entire item was missing. Customer service did refund but offered no other help or incentive to stay. Super inconvenient when you have meals planned through their service and they don’t show up. Very disappointed.

Could be worth it for you!

Overall I think they're a good option to try if you're interested in trying to cook restaurant-quality food at home, trying new recipes and cooking techniques, or trying new ingredients.

To be honest, I don't think their meal kits make cooking faster (a lot of the recipes are a lot more fussy than what we would normally cook at home).

You might save some money if you're used to getting takeout all the time, but it is more expensive than just buying groceries and cooking from scratch.

They also have a grocery delivery service called Goodfood WOW which I think is definitely worth trying!

Took my money and never delivered my box

First two meal boxes were delivered on time and were fine, but this week when I ordered, my box was not delivered- not just not delivered on time, but not delivered at all! They have closed all options for customer support due to the high volume of customer complaints so I don’t believe it’s just me who’s had this experience. I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card since they have sent not one communication about the whereabouts of my box in 48 hours from the time it was supposed to be delivered. I do not recommend anyone use this company.

Love their smoothies!

Their smoothies have a great selection to choose from and are packed with flavour! i look forward to waking up now and even on those lazy mornings they are so quick and easy to prepare

Goodfood Pasta and side Salad.

Herb marinated chicken and garlic bread not the goodfood line (added my own, ) rigatoni with sauteed Cauliflower roasted red peppers and cheese with tomatoes basil, and a spinach and greens salad

This was a 2 portion Pasta and Salad meal with the added garlic bread and chicken protein it increased the portions to 4. This was beneficial in reducing the cost of the goodfood order and volume.

Fast simple east delicious.

We have medium rare steak, with a carmelized onion garlic and roasted red pepper beef glaze, carmalized onion fingerling potatoes, and broccoli and white cheese sauce. Good, but little bit expensive

I tried several boxes available on the market, and this one is the most expensive, and I honestly couldn't see any reason for it. The products are fresh and good, but nothing that is not offered by other brands for a more affordable price. A super negative point for me is a large amount of plastic to pack the ingredients.

Great for Individuals on the Go!

One of my least favourite parts of cooking regularly is having to plan out what I am going to cook. Naturally when several of my co-workers started to talk about meal plan boxes, I decided to try it. The portions are a good size. The meals come well packaged, and the delivery arrived on time. The only downside I would say is that the price is more than what you would pay if you bought the ingredients yourself, and depending on the time of year a couple of things may not be as fresh as one would hope (out of season, or delayed delivery), although customer service is good about providing support.

Super meals

I loved everything about the good food box. I dont enjoy making meals for my picky family, but they all seemed to enjoy each meal. The Amazing recipes are included and the page is very detailed with step by step instructions and pictures. All ingredients are included, meals are quick an easy to make. Comes right to your door in the nearest cooler box, all layed out nicely inside, recipe page, vegies and dry ingredients on top, with meat products on the bottom, under a huge cooler packs.

It is subscription and will send each week..no brainer

A variety of recipes to meet your taste. You control most of the sodium. Generous servings, premeasured, you may have to do some of the prep like cleaning and trimming your veggies and fresh herbs.
