I like the Goody Ouchless Hair Elastics and use them daily for my ponytails, braids and buns. I like the fact that there is no metal connector that catches and tugs on my hair. However, as others have noted, these elastics do not have a long lifespan. They start to stretch after a few weeks of constant use, and eventually you have to throw them out because they are fully stretched out. Having said that, I still give this product good marks for effectiveness and price, and I would recommend them.

The price for the product is worth it. No metal pieces to contend with. Where the elastic are attached they do stretch and wear after time. However, I would still recommend the product as it doesn't rip my hair!

I only ever use the ouchless hair elastics. They're not too thick to detract from the style, but are thick enough to not pull my hair out, and no silver parts to catch hair either! We all lose hair enough as it is, no need to lose more over bad hair elastics. I recommend this to the ladies who want to hold onto their hair.

These hair elastics are really good! They don't pull your hair when you take them out and they hold your ponytail securely! I like the way you can buy them in lots of cute colours.....an elastic for every outfit!

I really like these elastics. I have very fine hair that always gets caught in elastics bands. They also don't break as easy since there are no metals clips holding the two parts together which is where most other elastics break on me because like I already said I have very fine hair which requires me to loop the elastic at least 6 times to hold and I have no problem doing that with Goody's Ouchless Elastics

I have medium thick hair and I love an elastic that can stretch out really far but still keep a thight pony tail. I believe with some use, these elastics will have more stretch. That's my only complaint, that they should have more give without feeling like a workout to pull back my hair. Great color selection...

Every long-haired lovely has an unending need for hair elastics, and hair elastics - like many of my possessions - usually end up in the same alternate dimension as lost socks and pens. I love these "ouchless" ones by Goody but I always balk at the price - $5.99 for rubber bands wrapped in fabric?? Nevertheless, I always buy them. You just cant cut corners on a product like this, we all remember the "ouch" elastics of our youth - we cant go back to those after coming so far!! So I guess I'm stuck with slightly overpriced hair elastics - it's either that or cut my hair, but I just dont have the bone structure...

I really like these particular elastics, both my daughters and I have long hair and they do the job well. The only draw back is that I find they tend to lose their shape after a few months and begin to stretch out at the point where they are joined. My kids love them because they don't get caught in their hair and I don't have to fight with them when it comes time to remove them at the end of the day.

These work great compared to similar products I've tried.
