I usually am not a lipstick wearer, and when I do I usually go for muted, nude colours. So this red was definitely out of my comfort zone, BUT I LOVED it! It went on super easy, had a decent non-lipsticky smell to it, and the thing that I loved the most about it... it lasted for quite along time. I will definitely consider adding GOSH Lip Laquer to my make-up collection.

The lip lacquer comes in a glass bottle with a black top with a SHORT, soft but firm spongy applicator. I first thought this product was a nail polish! The lip lacquer is highly pigmented – hot pink/red. A super fun and playful color to wear when going out with friends – this isn’t a color I would wear full-on to work because it too loud. The lip lacquer smells fruity like lip smackers…ahhhh, good memories! The product is thick, smooth and easy to apply on my lips – the lip lacquer slides on effortlessly without tugging at my lips. I love how moisturizing and non-sticky the product is – enriched with Argan oil and Vitamin E – yes, please! The lip lacquer makes my lips soft, hydrated and glossy while smoothing over flakes of skin. I really like how the product feels light and non-greasy on the lips. I also like how the product leaves a pink stained look on my lips once it wears off. Mmmmm, this product went beyond my expectations. I would purchase this product in different wearable, everyday colors if it is on sale. I would recommend my friends, colleagues and family to try this product out if they like rich coloured lipsticks.

I tend to be really picky about what I put on my lips and I'm not one to often go with bold colours but, I think GOSH lip lacquer may have changed my mind. The thing I found most impressive is that when you take it off, your lips aren't stained - this is a problem I've always had with bold colours. It goes on smoothly, has a nice shine and doesn't dry out your lips (again, another issue I have with lip anything.) This is a product I would definitely buy again knowing that I can go bold and have a great experience with the product.

I got this lip lacquer from the ChickAdvisor #GOSHGoddess product review club. I tried it in shade #6. This colour is on the border between pink and red and is quite bright. It is well pigmented and goes on like a gloss. This is definitely something that requires a mirror for application if you don't want it to look sloppy. Initially it felt like a gloss but over time it kind of 'set' so that it was adhered better to my lips. After 3 hours of wear which included drinking multiple cups of coffee the colour is still going strong. It does have a slightly sticky finish but not enough to bother me. Also, though I could smell a watermelon scent when applying it it wasn't very strong and went away fairly quickly. Though the product claims to keep lips soft and nourished with argan oil and vitamin E I don't find it any more moisturizing than other traditional lipsticks or glosses.

I like that this lasts longer than a traditional gloss and I may purchase it in the future depending on what other shades are available.

I received this product as part of the ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club. I got to try out the GOSH Lip Lacquer in shade 006 Funky Lips which is a dark fuschia/red/hot pink tone. The color is very pigmented and it acts as both a lipstick and gloss in one. It contains argan oil and vitamin E which really helped my lips feel moisturized while I was wearing this, almost as though I had applied a lip balm underneath. The shine is incredible, but not over the top. Since the shade is intense, I would consider applying a lip primer and lip liner first so that the product doesn't bleed outwards past the lips. When I removed the lacquer from my lips, I did notice that it left behind a rosy stain, which I didn't mind since it still looked good on me, but others may have an issue with this. In terms of the packaging, I would have liked to see this product in a typical lipgloss tube instead of a nail polish container. I imagine it's going to become more difficult to gather up the product as I continue to use it since the applicator isn't very long. The price is quite expensive as well, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing it frequently. They do come in a variety of shades, so I may make an exception if I find one that I really like.

I received Lip Lacquer #6 and I LOVE the colour. I find when I use lipsticks that are this pink, they usually dry up or wear off very fast. I have now had it on for 4 hours and it is still bright and glossy. Not only will I recommend this to my friends, but it would be a great gift to buy for my lipstick wearing besties! :)

I really love the product, however, the color was a little bright for my taste...there should be more neutral type colours.

I am really starting to like lip products lately. This lacquer is a gorgeous colour, easy to apply, and very comfortable on the lips. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything. It is not drying at all. The only issue is that it never feels like it fully sets on the lips. Because of this, it did not last through eating or drinking at all.

This product goes on smooth. It only takes a small amount to achieve desired look. I'm not a huge fan of the color that was sent to me. I'm not a big fan of red lips on myself, but since I received the product for free I'm not gonna complain. I find that there is no need to constantly reapply the lacquer either. One application lasts a fairly long time. I'm going to try and buy this in a more suitable shade, I really like the product.

First off, I really like the packaging. I am a lover of nail polish so the fact that this looks like a nail polish bottle makes me happy. I really like the color of this lip lacquer. I don't usually wear bright lips so I was surprised I liked it so much. It is a super fun product. I like the smell (fruit punch?) and how easy it is to put on. There are a couple things I would change thought. I find that it smears and bleeds quite a bit. It is also more staining than I thought. I found this out the had way after I kissed my 2 year old son's forehead, and both cheeks. He was left with a pink stain the rest of the day. Overall I really like this product and I am going to check out some of the other colors this product comes in (maybe a lighter pink).
