I've always wanted that shiny, healthy mane and I was hoping this product would help! My natural hair tends to be on the dry side (a kid once asked me why my hair was so rough and hard when her hair is so soft and pretty?!!! I love when kids are so honest!) I was pretty happy with this product the first few times I used it. It really seemed to add a glossy sheen which was great. About the 3rd or 4th time I used it, it didn't seem to be as effective and it eventually got to the point where it didn't seem to make a difference at all. I've taken a bit of a hiatus from the product (about 2 months) and it seems to be working great again! So I'm not sure if my hair just gets accustomed to the product and no longer responds or what the deal is. Overall, I'm giving it a 3 star rating b/c I love it when it works. I would just love it a lot more if it worked each and every time!
