Not that great

Tried this as it's a cheaper price and great value has some great options. However the cheese didn't really seperate and it was stuck together. Gave it a grainy taste.

I bought this because it was on sale and I'm sick of over priced KD that doesn't even taste good. Great Value's version is like 80 cents compared to KD that is sometimes $2.

Great Value's version is creamier, the cheese is more flavorful. I believe it feeds more people than KD does. It's just all around a great product.

Cheap but not terrible

My kids are a huge fan of Mac n Cheese, so it's always something I keep in my cabinet.
The price is pretty cheap compared to several of the other brands at my store. Usually around $0.50-$1.00 per box. I can't really complain.

Really, the only thing I have to complain about, is that I'm not big on the taste, but it can be doctored up with some black pepper, a little extra milk and some shredded cheese (how my kids like it anyways). You can also make an inexpensive hamburger Mac with it, which I do enjoy and have since I was a child.

Regardless, if you're watching your pennies and have kids who need to eat and enjoy mac n cheese, this product can help.

Not quite KD but still tasty!

The Great Value mac and cheese is cheaper than Kraft Dinner and although it is not as good, it is still tasty. I find that not adding the whole package of powdered cheese makes a difference; I prefer the taste. Great value and the whole family enjoys it!

I usually don't make mac and cheese from the box but sometimes you have to time to cook. I bought this from Walmart on sale,And a very bad mistake. It was terrible, the cheese had a bad smell even before using. When I mixed everthing together to eat plain yuck. Sometimes sticking to name brand is best

Bad flavor not cheesy

The cheese sauce mix is not good. It tastes very strange, more like chemicals than any kind of cheese. Parents and kids in our house agree this stuff is nasty- inedible.

Very affordable!

It is not the best in taste, but as it is so cheap (last time I've paid 49 cents), I buy it very often. Very easy and quick to prepare, so it's worth buying it.

I am not a big fan of to many boxed macaroni and cheese. I find most of them taste the same, not cheesy enough and not much flavor. Maybe because I had so much when I was a child I am not a big fan. I really prefer to make my own homemade so much richer, cheeser and it is such a comfort food.

Stick to Kraft! This is gag worthy!
