Helps leaving your eyelid with a smooth feeling for nearly perfect lining and make last so much longer.
Eyeshadow colors that don't seem to show to well, overtop primer nearly any and every Eyeshadow despite color and or shade show in one swipe of the brush ! And pops too.

This is a good drugstore product. Its very affordable and effective. I like to use this to make my eye shadow last longer and look more pigmented. After using this i would still set it with a setting powder because then i know my eye shadow is not going to move at all.
