Each pack comes with four large Hershey's Kisses, each individually wrapped in case you want to share. The Deluxe Kisses are about the size of three of the standard Kisses. Each Deluxe Kiss comes with a whole hazelnut inside, which provides a nice nutty taste and a crunch. Surrounding the hazelnut is a thick chocolate mousse, which tastes a bit like chocolate frosting, and light crispies, which provide a nice texture. All of this is enrobed in the standard creamy milk chocolate we are used to from Kisses. I would buy these again.
