Great in the air fryer

Our neighbour turned us on to these and now we always have them in the freezer. So easy to make in the air fryer, takes 14 minutes or so for perfectly crispy fish bites. We like them just with homemade tartar sauce and lemon. I've also made fish tacos with tortilla wraps, homemade salsa, coleslaw and lime / jalapeño sour cream.

Good quick dinner

It was an easy dinner night last week so we tried High Liner Wild Caught Haddock Bites. Really simple to make which is ideal. I found them a bit bland but my kids loved them.
