ICY HOT PATCH

Good for general aches and pains on the body. Can be worn up 8 hours for temporary relief. The warm and cooling sensation only last a few hours, but this does do what it claims and this is a product to have on hand at home. I have repurchased this many times I can be expensive since it is a one time use product, but I stock up when it goes on sale.

These babies are seriously the best things ever invented! My hubby and both use them constantly for our sore worn out muscles. The instant relief is amazing to both of us.

Bof ça dépanne et fait un effet chaud froid qui fait effet mais pas pour de grosse douleur , pour des douleurs plus légères ça fonctionne bien . Toutefois , faire attention lorsque vous mettez celle qui sont conçus pour la chaleur si elle reste trop longtemps en place, ça peut causer de l'irritation et brûlure mineur mon chum est resté le dos rouge pendant trois jours et ça chauffait donc attention .
