Promises the moon but doesn't deliver. They say it has the "highest allowable concentration of the most effective anti-aging peptides". It seems to me they are not absorbable by the skin as I saw absolutely no difference. The first ingredient is water, not impressive in my opinion. I find the price is reasonable compared to higher end products and I would gladly pay more IF my skin showed any improvement.
