I LOVE Irresistible LifeSmart unsweetened Fruit and Vegetable Snacks. I chose these snacks because of the nutrients as they're loaded with 20% of your daily Vitamin A and 30% of Vitamin C daily requirement. They are 70 calories for a 113 gram serving, and have no artificial flavours of colours. There are loads of different flavours, but if i had to choose one, it would be the Apple Carrot Peach mixture. I can't get my son to eat fruit, but he gobbles these down 2 at a time. The ingredients in the above mixture is apples, concentrated carrot juice, concentrated apple juice, peach puree concentrate, water, natural flavour, ascorbic acid and natural flavour. A fabulous product a mom can really get behind.
