Every year I buy a mega pack of this matzo meal at Costco. It is so easy to make....you just add an egg and some oil and boom...matzo balls for soup. I like to add my own seasoning because the meal alone is very bland. It is hard to find this in regular grocery stores. I wish they would make an onion flavoured mix.
