Okay, i didn't get the #39, but many other colors. i got it on sale for $2.99 CAD and let me tell you, not worth it. The color is too thin and watery. It takes about 2-3 layers before you actually see a color. It dries averagely.
Its..well, because it's so watery and thin, its somewhat hard to apply. And to mention, they put sparkles in almost every color, so it's kind of hard to take off, so, realy, try at your own risk, because 1. its very cheap, but be warned, it's not as good quality.

PS: It gets used up pretty fast with all the layers!
