this product did seem to amp up my faded color but i did not enjoy the heavy feeling of the gloss in my hair. it felt dirty, for that reason i wont purchase again. After i washed it again the effect seemed to linger a bit so maybe if someone were to leave in hair to soak in and then shampoo right after it might work still without the gross feeling?
