I loveeee John Frieda and this deep conditioner is no exception. I used it for the first time yesterday, left it in for longer than the container says and my curls were hydrated, softened and defined.

Good for curly hair

I found this product hydrated my curls really well and made them feel a bit healthier than before. However I found the smell a bit too strong. I would purchase again
