shopping at winners i had found the hairspray for $12.99 whereas most places usually sell it for $20 so i thought why not try it out since anything coming from that family name usually is a pretty good product, i found the hairspray to be very light weight and held shape of my hair very well throughout my day, definitely my favourite hairspray
