i like Kashi when I want something new for breakfast as it's not too sweet and has a great crunch.

This cereal is great tasting and healthy for you! How much better can you get?! It is a little pricey but if you can get it on sale it is definitely worth it.

I agree that this isn't the healthiest of cereals out there but it tastes great. I generally eat this with yogurt as a snack but it tastes really great.

Don't be fooled by ads about how healthy Kashi is. All of their cereals are loaded with sugar - some with alot more than other cereals like bran flakes, shredded wheat or cheerios and many others. Read the label before buying.

I haven't bought it in a while because I find that I eat too much of it and it is a bit high in calories and fat to be eating right out of the box. Overall, a very good cereal though.

I have tried the Kashi GoLean Honey Almond Flax cereal. It is really tasty. It's a little pricey and the size of the box isn't that big but it is quality for the money. It has a really nice flavour and a small bowl quickly fills you up.

This product of cereal is by far the best one I have enjoyed. I like the health factor of it. By that I mean the nutritional label facts on the side of the box. I like the protein content. I don't find it to be too sweet. The price is reasonable and I do like the crunch factor. I don't feel like I have to run and brush off the sugar with a toothbrush!

Just a recently diagnosed diabetic and having to now eat breakfast in the morning my doctor suggested this cereal. I was surprised at how filling it was! I would have liked a little bit more taste to it.
