I love this cereal! It is delicious, healthy and filling. I usually eat it every day for breakfast, and instead of eating it with milk I eat it with yogurt. I just find that once in awhile the pieces are really crunchy and hurt the top of my mouth, however if I ate it with milk I am sure that would help a bit. I suggest trying this cereal!

This is the best cereal I have had and I do not get tired of it! Not only is it healthy but it tastes good, full of nutrients and protein. While it may be pricey, I stock up when it is on sale. Healthy does not have to taste bad!

This is a great tasting, high fiber cereal. I love it with yogurt, raisins, and pecans.
